At Green Palette, we help individuals and their families support
themselves through appropriate food and lifestyle choices.  We
teach, hands on, a combination of culinary instruction and  
nutritional support that allows you to make important changes
that can last a lifetime.

A free 30-minute consultation will let us know your nutrition goals
and needs. From there, we can agree on a package that is right
for you - or you may choose individual sessions.  The first session
of any of our packages will begin with a meeting in your home for
a more in-depth nutrition and food evaluation.  From there, we
will create a personalized nutrition plan that can include follow-up
sessions, in-depth kitchen and pantry consultations, health food
store or farmers market tours, and private cooking lessons
tailored specifically for you.

Sessions are inventive, enlightening and always reasonably
priced.  You will feel inspired to make changes that empower
yourself as well as your family. We can also work closely with
your doctor, dietitian or pediatrician in order to better create a
comprehensive, individualized plan.
